By India Today News Desk: Mumbai Police has issued a lookout circular against the man suspected of sending threatening mail to Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
According to the details, the suspect is a resident of Haryana and is studying medical sciences in the United Kingdom.
The suspect had allegedly sent a threatening mail to Salman Khan in March this year. The mail was sent by the name of gangster Goldy Brar.
Salman Khan’s manager had lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police in connection with the mail.
The recent threat call was made to the Mumbai Police control room at 9 pm on April 10.
The caller, identified as Rocky Bhai, a Gaurakshak from Jodhpur, threatened to eliminate Khan on April 30. The whereabouts of the caller were also traced.
Earlier, the Mumbai Police detained a 16-year-old boy from Thane district for calling the police control room and allegedly threatening to kill Salman Khan.
Following investigations, the caller was traced to Shahapur in Thane district, located 70 kilometres from Mumbai, the official said.
