At least 22 people died in the Malappuram boat capsize accident on Sunday evening. Teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and fire service officials rushed to the spot late Sunday night and search and rescue operations are underway to save the victims. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will visit the accident spot today.
