Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives in Rajouri encounter. Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi paid homage to Havaldar Neelam Singh, Naik Arvind Kumar, Lance Naik RS Rawat, Ptr Pramod Negi and Ptr S Chettri who laid down their lives for the country during the Rajouri operation. Five Army jawans were killed in an explosion during an encounter with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Friday. A joint operation is underway to flush out the terrorists suspected to be involved in the Poonch terror attack.
